INSTRUCTIONS FOR ZOOM MEETING
1. Kindly install the Zoom App (version 5.0) in the Computer/Laptop/Mobile.
2. Join the webinar by clicking the link provided in your mail OR by using Meeting ID and password.
3. Mute your Audio and Video during the sessions.
4. Kindly join the webinar meeting in your Name(mail ID may not reflect the name & Dept.) and mention your department and type the same in the chat box.
5. Post your Queries in the Chat Box during the session.
6. On your behalf, Moderator will raise your questions to the resource person. If you want to pose the question directly to the speaker, inform through the chat box, your video and audio will be unmuted by host and on your side again you have to unmute audio and video to enter into discussion.
7. Participants are requested to join the webinar at 1.45 p.m.
8. Kindly submit your feedback immediately at the end of the session (which is mandatory to receive a participation certificate) and then sign out when the moderator asks you to do so.
