Greetings from All India Council for Technical Education!



We are glad to inform you that to discuss the disruption in school and university level conventional education and its impact on the technology landscape, learning outcomes, academic calendars and industry recruitments, CII is planning a series of webinars, workshops, panel discussions under the umbrella of a digital summit cum exhibition titled ‘Redefining Education for the Emerging World’. The various components under the summit will span across several days starting June 25. The summit will be inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister of Human Resource Development, Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank'.



This appropriately timed summit will cover topics both from school and higher education and will serve as a reference point for education stakeholders as they respond to the challenges posed by the pandemic. We are happy to inform you that Center of Excellence in Science and Mathematics Education(CoESME), Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Pune and Pillai College of Research and Education is organizing an Online  Workshop on "Assessment Tools" on 25th and 26th June 2020.

# *Please note*  this will be an activity based workshop and certificate will be given on successful completion of all activities.

The workshop will discuss the purpose, types and modes of  assessment through interactive online sessions. Various assessment tools,will be introduced in an activity-based mode. It will help the teachers to design their own assessments  suited for their subject area.
