The register participants get a joining link 30 minutes before the programme schedule.

v  You will need a stable internet connection. Please ensure that the audio of your systems is not muted. Use headphones for better audio.

v   The webinar will start at 3.00 AM on 04t^h June 2020. It is advisable to join by 4.00 p.m. so that you don’t have any last-minute technical problems.

v  Please avoid Hi/Hello/good morning and introduce yourselves in the chat box.

v  For the seamless conduct of the webinar, all attendees are kept on ‘mute’ mode.

v  We have a Q & A session in the end where the speaker will address them.

v  During the Q & A session, please type your questions in the Chat box which will be visible on your screens. 

v  During the webinar, we shall provide you with feedback link, which needs to be completed by you.

v  The attendees shall receive their e-certificate only when the feedback form is filled up.

v  Certificates will be generated on the basis of data filled, so please fill the form with utmost care.
